มาเร็วกว่าที่คิด! Rise of the Tomb Raider มา มกราคม 2016

หลังจากที่เกมส์แอคชั่นผจญภัยอย่าง Rise of the Tomb Raider วางจำหน่ายเฉพาะ Xbox One และ Xbox 360 เมื่อเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2015 แล้วนั้น ล่าสุดเกมส์ดังกล่าวได้พอร์ตวางขายบนเวอร์ชั่น PC ผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม Steam ในเดือนมกราคม 2016 นับว่าเป็นช่วงเวลาที่พอร์ตเกมส์เร็วกว่าที่คิด เพราะทางผู้ผลิตเกมส์อย่าง Square Enix เคยเปิดเผยว่าเกมส์ประเภท Exclusive ให้กับเครื่องเกมส์แพลตฟอร์มถัดไปจะใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 1 ปีเพื่อพอร์ตเกมส์

สำหรับเกมส์ Rise of the Tomb Raider นำเสนอเรื่องราวของ Lara Croft ตอนวัยสาวกับการผจญภัยครั้งใหม่ที่มีประสบการณ์การผจญภัยติดตัวอยู่บ้าง เดินทางสู่เทือกเขาไซบีเรียเพื่อค้นหาเมืองโบราณอย่าง Kitezh สร้างขึ้นโดย มหากษัตริย์วลาดิเมียแห่งศตวรรษที่ 13 ซึ่ง Lara เชื่อว่าเมืองดังกล่าวมีวัตถุหรือสิ่งเหนือธรรมชาติบางอย่างที่ทำให้มนุษย์”อมตะ” แต่ขณะเดียวกัน เธอยังต้องเผชิญกับองค์กรลับอย่าง Trinity ที่สนใจเรื่องสิ่งเหนือธรรมชาติเดินทางเข้ามาหาความลับครั้งนี้ ทำให้เธอต้องต่อสู้และเผชิญทั้งสัตว์ป่าและกลุ่มก่อการร้าย รวมถึงค้นหาความจริงที่อยู่เบื้องหลังของตำนานอันกล่าวขานในครั้งนี้
